Kraftwerk tendrá nuevo disco en 2010

Kraftwerk eran Ralf Hutter y Florian Schneider hasta 2008. El grupo pionero del techno pop se disgregó con la marcha anunciada oficialmente en enero de este año del segundo, que ya había desaparecido hacía meses de la alineación en directo del grupo alemán.
No sé si resulta muy lícito que Ralf Hutter siga ofreciendo conciertos ni siga editando referencias discográficas bajo el nombre de Kraftwerk, una marca registrada de la electrónica que genera pingües beneficios.


El caso es que nos acabamos de enterar que Kraftwerk (Ralf Hutter) ya ha empezado a preparar lo que será el nuevo trabajo de Kraftwerk, quienes habían publicado en 2003 Tour de France Soundtracks.

Según unas declaraciones de Hutter a Billboard todavía no puede adelantar nada por dónde irán los tiros de este álbum: “Es demasiado pronto. Está aún en estado embrionario”.

Mientras tanto, Kraftwerk tendrá novedades discográficas el próximo mes de la mano de The Catalogue, una caja recopilatoria que saldrá al mercado el 17 de noviembre. Incluirá los ocho discos remasterizados publicados entre 1974 y 2003, es decir, de Autobahn a Tour de France Soundtracks.
Ralf Hutter también tiene el proyecto futuro de remasterizar los discos anteriores a Autobahn: Kraftwerk (Philips, 1971), Kraftwerk 2 (Philips, 1972), y Ralf und Florian (Philips, 1973).

New Order grupo inglés de rock, formado en 1980 por los miembros del disuelto grupo Joy Division.

Depeche Mode at BankAtlantic Center 9/5/09

Depeche Mode ends the American leg of Tour of the Universe at BankAtlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL on September 5, 2009. For my final (for now, anyway!) night with the boys, I had third row center orchestra. However, my excellent view was hampered by drunks spilling beer all over me and tall people blocking my view with their bopping heads. It was a struggle to get these videos but always worth the effort. Dave was having a ball, throwing kisses and wild eyed looks at the audience. Don't miss Dave and Martin dancing together during Enjoy The Silence!
